By using Base App ("the Service") provided by ZIX DEV Inc, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.
2. The Service & Eligibility
Base App is The foundation for every app you ship.. You must be at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
3. Account Responsibilities
When creating an account on Base App, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You may request account deletion at any time through our in-product settings or by contacting .
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: - (a) Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights while using the Service; - (b) Attempt to disrupt, compromise, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure; - (c) Misuse the Service to transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Acceptable Use terms.
5. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds
Paid features and tier subscriptions are billed through our authorized payment processors (RevenueCat / Stripe / App Store / Google Play). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the end of the billing period.
We do **not** store or transmit full credit card details on our servers. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy or applicable app store terms.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its code, designs, and content, is owned by ZIX DEV Inc or its licensors. Open-source components are subject to their respective open-source licenses.
7. Warranty Disclaimer — VERBATIM
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
